DARIAH-HR at Srce DEI 2026: Recognition Award for Dr Koraljka Kuzman Šlogar

At the ceremonial celebration of the 55th anniversary of the University Computing Centre (Srce), held as part of the conference Days of E-Infrastructure Srce DEI 2026 (28–29 April 2026 in Zagreb), Dr Koraljka Kuzman Šlogar, researcher at the Institute of Ethnology and Folklore Research and national coordinator of DARIAH-HR, was awarded a recognition in the category of distinguished individual from the community.
The award was presented in recognition of her continuous support, collaboration, and promotion of Srce, as well as her contribution to the development of digital humanities and the strengthening of connections between the research community and national research e-infrastructure.
Alongside the ceremonial programme, members of the DARIAH-HR team actively participated in the conference programme, contributing to thematic sessions and workshops dedicated to open science, research data management, and the development of digital services and tools in higher education and research.
A particular focus of the conference was the role of Srce as a key national e-infrastructure that has been developing digital services for 55 years, connecting the academic and research community, and actively contributing to the European Research Area. The programme also presented current development directions related to artificial intelligence, open science, cybersecurity, and the digital transformation of higher education.
The Srce DEI 2026 conference gathered more than 500 participants from academia, public administration, industry, and international institutions, confirming its role as a central venue for exchanging knowledge on national and European e-infrastructure development.
