Modern tools for documenting and presenting the cultural heritage in archeology (DigiArcheoSpace)

The DigiArcheoSpace project aims to modernize the higher education by providing educational materials and modern tools for documenting and presenting the cultural heritage in archeology (digital archeology). The developed Competence Framework, Leaning Management System, movies, guide and training activities will improve knowledge and skills of the target group - professors/teachers in universities, archivists and experts working in the area of digitization of archeological cultural heritage.
The project runs from 1 September 2024 until 31 August 2026 as part of the Erasmus+ KA220-HED programme.
The project leader is the History Museum Primorsko from Bulgaria, and the project partners are:- Student Computer Art Society (Bulgaria),
- Shumen University "Bishop Konstantin of Preslav" (Bulgaria),
- Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje (North Macedonia),
- Bartin University (Turkey),
- Institute of Ethnology and Folklore Research (Croatia).
The project will be a combination of development, training, exchange of experience and dissemination activities including: - Development of Competence Framework and Learning Management System using micro-credentials approach; - Development of educational videos, guide and other materials suitable for HE; - Training activities and exchange of experience in the area of digital archeology; - Dissemination of the results among HE organizations and other educational/training organizations. The project will have the following major results (but not only): - Competence Framework with Learning Outcomes used as a base for micro-units *Educational Modules) using microcredential approach; - Educational Modules based on micro-credential approach; - Educational Movies; - LMS with Modules based on micro-credential approach; - Guide for teachers; - Training Course; - Multiplier events and Final conference; - Exchange and dissemination activities.
